Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
The Refund and Returns Policy allows for returns within 14-days of the purchase date. We cannot offer you a refund or an exchange if 14 days have passed from the date of your purchase. The item must not be used, it must be in its original packaging and condition.
Returns Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days.
- The product must be in the same, unused condition that it was received.
- Product t must be in the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Downloadable software.
- Health and personal care products
- Gift cards.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.
We’ll let you know by email if your refund has been approved or denied.
The refund will be applied to the original payment method in a matter of days.
Partial refunds:
In certain cases, partial refunds are possible.
Items show signs of obvious use.
*Items not in original condition. Damaged or missing parts.
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase, but no later than 14 days.
Important Notes:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Shipping costs are not refundable.
*Sale Items cannot be returned.
It may take some time for your refund to appear in your account. Contact your credit card or bank first if you have not received your refund within a reasonable time.
Exchanges:
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. Please email us at info@premium x.com if you require an exchange.
